She contributes to the development of the site’s pharmaceutical activities. As Site Director of POSIFIT, she ensures their coordination and supports the implementation of a compliant and structured operating model, applying a pragmatic approach to quality and production in order to meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and team needs.
