Evaluation d’une méthode de dosimétrie en routine clinique en caméra VERITON-CT™ chez des patients traités par Lutathera [177Lu- [DOTA0, Tyr3] -octréotate

Patients receiving Luthatera ® therapy

Open label pilot study, interventional, prospective, monocentric, non-randomized.
In this study, the objective aim is to acquire a dosimetry protocol with a wide-field CZT camera in addition to the protocol obtained with a conventional camera.

In the future, nuclear medicine departments equipped with VERITON-CT™ (CZT cameras) will be able to carry out the dosimetry studies needed to optimize theragnostics treatments more quickly and easily. What's more, unlike the conventional camera, where recordings are limited to the thoraco-abdomino-pelvic region, recordings made with CZT camera enable a 3D "whole-body" distribution of the radiopharmaceutical to be obtained, which is of major interest for molecules soon to be brought to market.

The simplification of a dosimetry protocol would facilitate its implementation in clinical routine by limiting the number of acquisitions carried out after Lutathera® administration and therefore the patient's presence in hospital, while improving patient management (optimization of average absorbed doses to organs at risk and tumor lesions).
