IMAGE PROCESSING

NANCYCLOTEP incorporates an image processing unit aimed at addressing various challenges in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine, both in clinical and preclinical settings. Its research team comprises clinicians, engineers, and physicists, focusing on the following themes:

  • Optimization of acquisition and reconstruction
  • Quantification and dosimetry for conventional and theranostic imaging
  • Dynamic / pharmacokinetic analysis
  • Advanced methodology for information extraction (radiomics, metabolic connectivity, deep learning)

These research activities, applicable to the services provided by Nancyclotep, have resulted in over 150 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and have contributed to the drafting of new clinical guidelines at both national and European levels.
