Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Phase III prospective multicenter, open-label, randomized study evaluating the efficacy and safety of ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-I&T versus a change in hormone therapy in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCPRC).
Patients are randomized to receive ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-I&T or hormone therapy respectively. Hormone therapy can be either abiraterone or enzalutamide, depending on the hormone therapy previously received by the patient.
